Dear Valued Clients,
I hope this email finds you well and that you're starting the new year feeling refreshed and ready for continued wellness.
As we begin 2026, I wanted to personally reach out with an update regarding our session rates. After careful consideration, we will be implementing a modest adjustment effective 1/1/2026.
~ Individual sessions will increase by $5 (for example, our standard 1-hour massage rate will move from $125 to $130 and so on).
~ Membership rates will see an increase ranging from $7 to $18, depending on the plan.
This represents a small percentage increase—approximately 4% for most individual sessions (less for members)—and is the first adjustment we've made since 2023.
I truly understand that any price change can feel impactful, especially in today's economy. My goal has always been to provide exceptional, personalized care while keeping services as accessible as possible. However, like many small businesses, we've experienced rising operational costs over the past few years—including supplies, insurance, continuing education, and general overhead. With inflation being what it is, these increases help ensure we can continue delivering the high-quality, therapeutic experience you deserve without compromising on standards.
What Makes Us Different
No upcharges for enhancements – We never charge extra for specialized modalities, hot towels, cupping, hot stones, clean CBD products, or doTERRA essential oils. These are always included when they best serve your session.
Full session time – While many spas offer only 50-minute hours, we honor the full 60 (or 90) minutes you’ve booked—every time.
Exceptional expertise – Our team brings over 30 years of combined advanced training and experience. To attract and retain truly skilled, compassionate therapists, we must ensure they are fairly compensated—well above the industry standard.
What This Means for Our Members & Regulars
Your current membership rate is locked in for the full duration of your 12-month contract. The adjustment will only apply upon renewal (and we sincerely hope you’ll choose to continue with us!).
Packages never expire—you can use your sessions at your own pace, with no pressure.
Your trust and loyalty directly support our small team and their families. It gives us the stability to reinvest in ongoing education, refine our skills, and maintain the high-quality, personalized care you’ve come to expect.
