Olivia Sophie, LMT

About Olivia

Olivia brings over a decade of experience from luxury spas, private practice, and boutique wellness settings in Hawaiʻi and Colorado. Her practice is rooted in Swedish and deep tissue massage, with expertise in specialty modalities such as Thai Massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and Ashiatsu.

Her treatment style blends technical precision with intuitive flow, combining therapeutic touch with meditative rhythms to promote physical release and a calm, restorative state. Specializing in stress reduction and nervous system regulation, Olivia’s sessions help clients relax, reset, and renew.

Beyond her massage practice, Olivia holds an MA in Contemplative Religion (Buddhism concentration) and is pursuing a second master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University, training as a mindfulness-based transpersonal counselor. When not working or studying, she enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, Khloe.
