Hopelight Clinic Mission: Our goal is to provide quality medical care, behavioral health, and other community programs to those who need it most.

Hopelight Clinic is a 501(c)3 charitable clinic provides extremely low cost or free primary care to all age levels. We provide services for Longmont, Lyons, Berthoud, Erie, Firestone, Frederick, Mead, and all other surrounding communities. We accept appointments or walk-in patients.
