Lighthouse Neurofeedback and Behavior Analysis, Inc. (LNBA) is a behavior therapy service provider located in Boulder County Colorado. We are currently serving clients in Boulder, Broomfield, Adams, Jefferson, and Weld Counties both at home and in our Longmont-based clinic. We are unlike any other provider in the region in that we provide biofeedback, neurofeedback, neurostimulation, Behavior Analysis, Occupational Therapy, and psychotherapeutic interventions alone, or in combination, depending on the client’s needs and resources.
We are primarily seeking applicants that are able to work both in the clinic and at client's homes in the community (so DL and vehicle required). The position would be part-time initially, but transition to full-time by summer.
Promotions will be awarded based on level of engagement, development of skills, and contributions leading toward company growth and success. Performance feedback is provided every three months and a more formal review is conducted annually. Staff seeking BCaBA, BCBA, Biofeedback, or Neurofeedback certification will be provided training and supervision to meet requirements for certification if eligible.
Lighthouse NEEDS great employees that are dedicated to improving children's lives and participating in the advancement of pediatric therapies. We don't necessarily expect that the best applicants will necessarily have the most experience. Experienced RBTs that share Lighthouse's values regarding excellence in service are highly desirable.
