Local folx, I wanted to let you know about this workshop that I am assisting with. It is a fantastic class, and I am really excited to be a part of it. Chandra is a wonderful therapist and this workshop uses somatic based activities, and some martial arts techniques to help a person be more in tune with their bodies, and their boundaries. Where there are some martial arts techniques, this is not a self defense course. Pass it on if you know someone who might be interested, or maybe I will see you there!

I love working with teens and young adults. Part of therapy can be learning how to adult. I’ve helped people learn how to grocery shop, cook, meal plan, budget, understand their insurance, do laundry, etc.
