According to the forecast, the Ursid meteor shower peaks tonight, December 21st. The best news is that there will be absolutely zero moonlight interfering, making for perfect dark sky conditions to see shooting stars.

How to watch: You don't need a telescope! Just find a spot away from bright city lights if you can. Crucial tip: Give your eyes about 20-30 minutes to fully adjust to the dark without looking at your phone screen.

Bundle up tightly and be patient—it’s a subtle show, but seeing one streak across a totally dark sky is worth the wait! ✨

The Knowing Path is the path that is illuminated by each individual being and their spirit guides. Jennifer is able to access this path and with her own healing guides and can follow the innate wisdom of each body and is able to see each of them as a light being. Jennifer Knowles, LMT, offers intuitive bodywork including massage and energy work. Based in Longmont, CO, she holds a safe place to unwind, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Much of her work focuses on balancing the nervous system which allows our organs and tissues to function better. She combines her 10+ years of experience working with bodies and the bodies energy field, to help her clients move through their life’s challenges with ease and optimal wellness. She uses Polarity Therapy, Reiki and Acupressure during her sessions and also uses doTerra essential oils in every treatment.
