We have lots to celebrate in the studio! New classes, returning and new teachers and the true start of Spring. See you on your mat!

NEW CLASS - Soul Hatha Vinyasa with Ashley Loza Mondays @ 7am
This 60min class blends foundational breathwork with intentional, well-paced movement. We’ll start with simple pranayama to cultivate focus and energy for the day ahead, then move through a balanced sequence of postures that build strength, mobility, and stability, with options and variations offered throughout.

Hatha yoga emphasizes steadiness and ease through long holds, making this practice approachable for beginners while still meaningful for experienced students. Poses are held with attention to alignment and breath, allowing space to move with awareness rather than rushing.

We are extending our Mindfulness Challenge through 3/27! This is an incredible way to add intention and peace to your week and try some new Soul 19 classes along the way. Grab a card at the front desk, complete 7 out of the 10 activities on it, turn it in and you’ll be entered into a drawing for a $50 Soul Credit (which you can use for any of the goodies in our studio or class packs, anything but memberships).

One challenge activity is to join Divya Bellur in her Movement, Mantra & Meditation class, Wednesdays @ 7 pm.

This unheated, all levels practice blends gentle vinyasa, mantra chanting, guided meditation, and intentional stillness. Movement is slow, accessible, and breath led, creating a supportive flow that prepares the body and mind for deeper awareness. The class also explores the philosophical and spiritual foundations of yoga through mantra, chanting, and guided reflection.

No prior experience with mantra or meditation is needed. Come as you are and settle into a midweek practice of movement, sound, and stillness.

It’s common to hear, “Im a yogi, I don’t like to lift weights,” or “I workout but I’m not flexible enough for yoga.” (Maybe you’ve caught yourself thinking one or the other.) The truth is yoga and strength training aren’t opposites, they’re actually partners.

Strength training increases muscle mass, bone density, and raw power. Yoga strengthens stabilizing muscles, improves mobility, and keeps your joints healthy and resilient.

When you bring them together, your body doesn’t just get stronger, it becomes balanced. Then you’re not just lifting heavier, you’re moving correctly, with better alignment, purpose and range of motion. You’re preventing injury instead of reacting to it. You’re building strength that actually lasts.

Your poses flow more easily, you settle deeply into warrior or feel yourself steady in your crow. Building a stronger foundation of muscle means your yoga practice becomes deeper, you’re building a practice that lasts.

Strength training creates muscle. Yoga helps that muscle function with control, flexibility, and endurance.

And as you age, this combination becomes everything.
Muscle mass naturally declines, joints get stiffer, balance can fade. When you train both strength and mobility,
you maintain lean muscle, support your bones, improve coordination, and stay independent longer. You don’t just look strong. You stay capable.

Since 2009, Tearson has been guiding students on the mat with an approach that blends strength, mindfulness, and curiosity. She teaches with the belief that yoga is not only about physical movement, but also about cultivating a deeper relationship with breath, body, and self. Inspired by her background in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Anusara, Hatha, Yin Yoga, breathwork, and meditation, she invites students to explore the balance between discipline and ease, strength and surrender.

Over the past two decades, Tearson has studied with a wide range of teachers who continue to inspire her path, including Gioconda Parker, Christina Sell, Noah Mazé, Gina Caputo, Tiffany Cruikshank, and Max Strom. Her classes are known for their dynamic flow paired with clear alignment cues, steady breathwork, and moments of stillness that encourage self-reflection. Students can expect to be challenged while also finding space to soften, connect, and discover a greater sense of balance.

In addition to her yoga teaching, Tearson is a certified personal trainer, avid runner, cyclist, and fitness enthusiast who brings a holistic perspective to movement and wellness. She lives in Longmont, Colorado, where she is a devoted mom to her two amazing daughters and enjoys the lively company of her beloved animals.

Spring brings longer days, green growth, and a focus on the heart chakra, Anahata.

This breathwork ceremony focuses on clearing heart chakra blockages, fostering self-love, and growth. We will use breath to release old beliefs and hurts that hinder us, creating space for renewal and openness. Together, we will nurture new dreams that have taken root during winter, preparing them to bloom. Bring a big dream and prepare to breathe deeply and move stagnant energy.

Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring a yoga mat, water and optional journal and writing utensil. Bolsters and blankets provided.
