Cold weather doesn’t cause headaches… but winter habits do. ❄️🧠
If you’ve been getting that tight “pressure” headache lately, try this quick winter reset:
💦 Humidify your work + sleep spaces — indoor heat dries the air, which can irritate your sinuses and trigger headache pressure.
🚰 Sip water with every hot drink — winter air dehydrates you faster (even just from breathing), and mild dehydration is a common headache trigger.
📵 Take 5-minute screen breaks hourly — screens = less blinking + more eye strain, which can turn into tension headaches.
🧢 Wear a brim/hat in bright snow glare — snow reflects a LOT of light, and squinting + glare can spark headaches (even migraines).
Save this for your next cold snap—and if headaches are frequent, severe, or come with fever/vision changes, get checked. 💙
