She began her journey in 2013 as a Radiologic Technologist, serving patients across Emergency Room, Orthopedics, and Urgent Care settings—guided by one mission inspired by her mom: make a compassionate difference in every life she touches.

While working full-time, Bree earned her Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration in 2017, then stepped into a defining role in 2019—opening the Amacker family’s first AFC Urgent Care location in Boulder County as Center Administrator.
Fast forward to today: with 4 AFC clinics now open, Bree serves as Director of Operations, supporting teams, patients, and the greater Boulder County community every single day.

What she loves most?
A culture that feels like family, a team that lifts each other up, and the chance to create meaningful impact for both staff and patients.
