Job 1: Steamboat Springs CO – Group Home Setting – Travel Contract
-Care for 4-6 residents in a residential adult developmental setting.
-CNA and QMAP Duties – Must be certified CNA and a qualified QMAP.
-40 hours per week Fri-Sun !! off Mon-Thurs !!!! Repeat off Mon – Thurs!
-Must have valid drivers license and have no serious traffic infractions.
-Must stay in Steamboat Springs area and not commute back and forth. Housing
Reimbursement provided including meals and incidentals.

Job 2: Steamboat Springs CO – Skilled Setting – Travel Contract
-Care for residents in Nursing Home
-CNA and QMAP Duties – Must be certified CNA and a qualified QMAP.
-40 hours per week (facility asks for flexibility working weekends and holidays)
-Must stay in Steamboat Springs area and not commute back and forth. Housing
Reimbursement provided including meals and incidentals.

OUR FULL ONLINE SELF PACED COURSE AND WRITTEN TESTING WITH IN-PERSON PRACTICUM TESTING. (DATE IS THE DATE OF THE PRACTICUM TESTING THE COURSE WORK AND WRITTEN TEST MUST BE COMPLETE PRIOR TO THE IN-PERSON SESSION).

CARBONDALE: MARCH 23RD 12NOON - 3PM

GREELEY: MARCH 28TH 9AM - 12NOON
