We offer virtual zoom & in person yoga classes & workshops for ALL levels as well as Teacher Trainings! Guided by John Espinosa, participating students will learn about breathwork (pranayama) and safe, effective alignment for common yoga postures (asana).

Each hour-long class will offer opportunities for demonstration, practice, questions, and discussion. Prior yoga experience is not necessary.

Upon completing this series, students will feel comfortable attending a wide variety of classes at Full Circle Yoga and beyond.

Our next series kicks off Wednesday, February 11th at 7:30 pm.

This workshop invites you share the joy of partner yoga in a grounded, safe, and supportive environment.

Join us for a special Zoom community gathering featuring a grounded, mindful open discussion and call to action focused on supporting those affected by recent events in Minnesota.

This gathering is not a political forum. It’s a space to stand in unity with those who are hurting, to process what is unfolding together as a community, and to explore ways we can contribute to healing and peace.

All are welcome to attend — you may participate in whatever way feels right for you. If you prefer to listen quietly, there is no requirement to speak. Your presence itself is enough.

If you have a candle, please bring it so we can light them together in unity. 🕯️✨🙏🏼

Join us Saturday, January 17 for a joyful Bunny Yoga class benefiting Rocky Mountain House Rabbit Rescue. This special fundraising class is equal parts movement, cuteness, and heart — all for a wonderful cause. One hundred percent of the proceeds benefit RMHRR. 🩵🐰
