Happy New Year everyone!!! I’m a bit belated on this, because 2023 was very draining. Sleep has eluded me for most of the year…and I’ve just realized it’s due to…MENOPAUSE!!! What an unexpectedly crazy journey it has been! I’m figuring it all out, and getting back into the saddle, so to speak. This week the staff of The Rose House came out for some Equine Facilitation™ fun! We had a blast, with big smiles all around and an opportunity to decompress and connect as a team. They are an extended care licensed residential addiction and mental health treatment facility for women. I am passionate about supporting them; they are top notch in what they do. Equine Facilitation™ is the other branch of my business, which I spent 9 months in training for. It is not the deep process work that Gestalt is. It is for hands on experiences with horses.

Yesterday, for the Summer Solstice, I did yoga in a pasture w horses and some really great women! In the mountains, at Broken Arrow Ranch. It hailed before we started...on my way up. I almost turned around! But then it stopped and the sky was blue and beautiful while we practiced. At the end, the the clouds grew dark and it hailed shortly after we stopped.
