It’s not always easy to find healthy “grab and go” snacks when running errands or on a road trip. This little combo is not only yummy, but it has 10 grams of protein, some fiber and is of course , , and has .

I'm SO EXCITED to share my latest find with y'all. :)

The FIRST EVER dairy free yogurt made with PASTURED EGGS! What?! I know right!? This is the only dairy free yogurt I've found that actually has high quality protein - 11 grams per serving.

And even better... it's lower in carbs, doesn't contain any soy, almonds, artificial sweeteners or other junk fillers. They also have a variety of dips that can be used in a ton of recipes.

For all my friends out there riding the struggle bus... I got you!

Seriously… one of thee easiest, healthy home cooked meals EVER - with just 4 ingredients!

1. 1 lb pastured, chicken breast, diced
2. 1 cup organic frozen peas
3. 1 packet Kevin’s Thai Coconut sauce
4. Steamed rice

Fry chicken. Steam peas. Add Kevins sauce and cooked peas to pan of fried chicken. Serve over steamwd rice. Easy Peezy!

My 2nd easiest “go to meal” for breakfast!

If you read yesterday’s post, then you know how critical it is to consume at least 30 grams of high quality, protein at your first meal of the day.

Here’s a 2 ingredient, 5 min breakfast wrap that supplies 35 grams of protein!

1. Two Teton links: Cut each link in 1/2 lengthwise and fry in a nonstick pan a couple minutes on each side until hot and slightly browned.

2. One EggLife wrap: Add a little avocado oil to a hot non stick pan and fry the wrap on each side about one minute.

3. Roll the links up into the wrap and enjoy!

Now… If you want to add even more healthy goodness to your breakfast… Mix a scoop of each greens and reds powders (collagen powder optional) into 8 oz filtered water and drink up!

My easiest “go to meal” for breakfast!

Consuming at least 30 grams of high quality, protein and some healthy fats at your first meal of the day is critical to lifting brain fog, reducing hunger, and cravings and keeping your energy levels up throughout the day - not to mention, helps keep muscle and lose body fat.

But what does that look like?? See below items and recipe:

1. 9 protein bites (fry in non stick pan with a little water for about five minutes. Remove and place in a serving bowl.

2. 1 egg (scramble fry in that same pan then place in the same serving bowl)

3. 1/4 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds (add to your serving bowl)

4. 1/2 scoop protein powder +1/2 cup wild blue blueberries (Place in a tall cup and use a hand blender to mix well)

Equals: 48 grams protein; 18 grams carbs, 33 grams fat; 560 Calories.

Ever get those nasty little canker sores inside your mouth? Here’s the perfect solution to knock them out! See recipe below.

Mix oils in a dark colored glass dropper bottle like the blue one below. Put a couple drops of the mixed solition onto the canker sores and let the oil sit on the sores in your mouth for about a minute. Repeat 3 - 4 times a day.

P.S. I buy the glass dropper bottles and coconut oil on Amazon. And I get my from one of two places: Rocky Mountain Oils OR Nature's Fusions.
