This is a time to listen as much as act.
Because the body always speaks before the mind catches up.
And what you’re listening for isn’t logic, it’s sensation.
There are signals that something isn’t fitting:
a buzzing anxiety,
an unease you can’t name,
a tightening in your chest,
a sense of pushing against your own current.
These are the moments your system whispers, “not this.”
And there are also signals of alignment if you feel for them—
a soft opening behind the heart,
a subtle ease in your breath,
a relaxing through the body,
a gentle warmth rising from within.
The quiet feeling of “yes… this expands me.”
Learning to notice these differences is how you navigate now.
You’re gathering information moment by moment,
feeling into what supports your direction
and what quietly diverts you away from it.
This is where the observer self becomes essential,
the part of you that steps back just enough
to sense what’s real beneath the noise.
When you take a breath,
when you let the world fall away for even a few seconds,
your inner knowing rises.
Your system softens.
And the path ahead feels less like something to force
and more like something you’re guided toward.
Pause.
Listen to the signals inside your body.
Let the calmness at your center speak.
From there, you’ll feel the currents meant to carry you
and the ones you’re ready to step away from.🧘🙌✨
