This is the kind of health shift that’s transformational. It’s the kind of mindset change that sounds simple but is far from easy. And it’s the kind of thing that real, authentic and skillful coaching can achieve.
While massage is the foundation of what I offer, it’s extremely important to me that we consider the whole picture of your health. And it’s not so much about what kind of exercise you do or what nutritional guidance you follow as much as it is about your unique values, goals and needs. Through consistency and relationship, we’ll get you where you want to be and we might just have a little fun along the way!

Massage is rooted as a health practice cross-culturally because it really is essential. It is also not restricted to spa or clinic environments but rather is incorporated into daily rituals. Basic tissue mobilization supports detox processes, helps maintain vessels (think blood pressure and less stress on the heart), soothes the nervous system and even supports better metabolism. That’s all in addition to the commonly understood musculoskeletal benefits offering pain relief and improved mobility.
For all those reasons, I often tell my clients to choose foam rolling over passive stretching. As you reset your habits this year, don’t forget your tissues!

Join us for this unique experience combining a full sound bath with therapeutic touch. Experience opening breathwork followed by a dimensional sound experience featuring singing bowls, chimes, the tongue drum and djembe. Each participant will also receive an individual attunement with a mini-facial massage.
