The Peaks Care Center & Frontier Therapy We offer a wide range of individualized care and services. We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community.

The Peaks Care Center offers long term care, short term rehabilitation, assisted living, and independent living. We offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, Long Term Care, and short term rehab at our Frontier Therapy Center. We also offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy to work with those that would benefit from rehab. We welcome you to contact our Admissions Department if you have any questions and would like to come tour our building!

🎉 Team Spirit on Full Display! 🎉

Yesterday was a blast at our community as our amazing staff took part in a hilarious team race while wearing inflatable costumes! 🤣🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

From hopping challenges to zig-zag sprints, each team brought their A-game and their best inflatable swagger 🦖🎈. The best part? Our wonderful residents were the judges and had front-row seats to all the fun!

Thank you to everyone who joined in the laughs and cheers. It was a day full of joy, connection, and a little bit of friendly competition just the way we like it! ❤️
