Signing up for one of our memberships is quick and easy through your patient portal. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to Your Patient Portal

Visit your patient portal and log in using your email and password.

Step 2: Open the Menu

Once logged in, click the three lines (☰) in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3: Select “Memberships”

From the menu, tap Memberships.

Step 4: Choose Your Membership

You’ll see our available options:
• Club Tox
• Club Wellness
• Club OG

Tap “Read More” if you’d like details, then click “Join Now” on the membership you want.

Step 5: Complete Checkout

Follow the prompts to complete your enrollment. Your membership will activate right away!
