Next Sunday instead of bring your kid to work it’s… bring your kid to yoga class!!! April 10th 11:50-12:20.

I’m loving the amount of younger ones that are trying out my class! I would love to have specific classes for the kiddos so that they can really enjoy the entire class and so can the adults!

I’m currently looking into getting certified for yoga with children. I prefer to get certified in teaching children before being alone with your little ones and advertising child classes.
I hope you understand that little humans are a lot different when it comes to yoga and I want to make sure I’m correctly teaching for them!
I also want to gear my morning classes towards relaxation, flowing with your breath and connecting with your own body.

From now on Sunday Morning Classes will be advertised as 10 years and older. For the little ones that have been coming regularly to class if it’s something they want to participate and they have been able to sit through the entire class quietly and on task: Please continue to bring them with you! If your child is just under 10 years of age and is capable and wanting to join class please speak with me and I would love to let them try a class out with you.

This next Sunday I am doing a bring your Child to class so all the little ones that have been coming the past few weeks can all be in one class together and get one last class in before making the switch!

Please continue following my journey as I hope to add Yoga for Children classes in the very near future!

Hello Everyone! Class time added!!!
Classes are on Sundays at 9:30am, 10:45am, & 12, at Train Together Gym. 1142 Washington Way Longview, Washington. Same parking lot as Arbys Drive-Through. No sign up, just show up! All ages are welcome to participate, although no child care. Limited extra mats. Class is only $5 for non gym members. Hope to see you there!
