It's time for another !

"My relationship with Ascend has lasted about 8 months through 3 different injuries.

Initially, I came to Ascend due to pain in both knees in an attempt to strengthen muscles around my knees in hopes that it would stabilize them and ease some of the pain I was experiencing. From the very 1" visit I felt welcome & everyone on staff treated me like an old friend. I learned the importance of strengthening my core & hips as well as the muscles in my legs. I definitely got stronger & didn't know it at the time but this stint of physical therapy would set me up for success later on in the year.

My 2nd round of therapy was about a month after the 1"one. I have a bone spur on my heel that was causing pain in my lower achilles. I received the same great care. I learned several new exercises to strengthen & stretch my calf. My pain was reduced and I was able to stretch my calf farther.

My final therapy time with Ascend came about 2 months later when my doctor & I agreed that I needed to have both my knees replaced. I came in & received the best care I could have imagined. They did a great job of starting slow & progressing at a pace that was challenging but not dangerous. I have improved tremendously in the 2 months since my surgery due in large part to the people at Ascend.

Finally, I can't say enough good things about the people of Ascend. Everyone in the building is professional, courteous & friendly. They are concerned about my wellbeing as a patient & as a person.

One of the best things I liked about my treatment was they allowed all of the physical therapists to treat me at least one session. This was very helpful because each therapist had their own unique way of giving me treatment, which led to a more rounded overall plan of care. The facility itself is modern & very clean. I was amazed at the variety of equipment they had to treat me with. I would recommend Ascend Physical Therapy to anyone who has need of physical therapy. You will get the best care in an atmosphere that is always positive & uplifting." Kevin, Harleton

It's time for a !

"What is there not to say about this group. I had a total right hip replacement. Pain every single day for a couple years. Physical therapy was hard, but everyone helped me push through, encouraged me and I made it. I feel better than I have in a couple of years. When I have the left hip done, I will most definitely use Ascend. Thank you to Ron, Jess, Baylee, Tim and Everyone else that had a hand in my recovery. Y'all are the best!" - April
