I understand the importance of fostering a safe and supportive environment to help clients feel comfortable and confident in their journey towards healing and growth. During my 16 years of experience, I have provided therapy to individuals of all ages. I have gained knowledge and expertise in addressing mental challenges and helping my clients to achieve a balanced life with healthy boundaries. Whether it be problem solving, processing, situational issues, concerns with mental health diagnosis, or improving overall mental wellness I am ready to help you achieve your personal goals. Together we can work towards your personal goals and create positive change in your life.
