Therapy isn’t a performance. Forgetting what to say, rambling, or sitting in silence is all okay.

We were honored to be part of the Healthy Minds, Stronger Schools conference today at The University of Texas at Tyler, where educators, counselors, and mental health professionals gathered to strengthen the future of school mental health.

The UT Tyler College of Education & Psychology and conference attendees made us feel so welcomed and expressed how much they appreciated having Strong as Stone Counseling Services represented. 💙

From learning about co-regulation in the classroom to exploring trauma-informed practices, AI-based counseling tools, and empathy-driven leadership, this event was filled with innovation, compassion, and collaboration. 💚

At Strong as Stone Counseling Services, we believe that stronger minds build stronger communities. Being part of this event reminded us just how powerful it is when schools and mental health providers work hand-in-hand to support students and families.

The Strong as Stone Counseling team was honored to attend “Too Close to Home: Uniting Against Violence” at Maude Cobb Convention Center.
We’re grateful to have been part of such an inspiring day focused on raising awareness, empowering survivors, and uniting our community against domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.

Huge thanks to the organizers, speakers, and everyone who stopped by our booth to connect, learn, and share in the mission of healing and hope. 💜
