🌟 Scribe Spotlight: Gaven Kust 🌟

Featuring another of our wonderful scribes! Originally from St. Helens, Oregon, Gaven recently graduated from Oregon State University (Class of 2025) with a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.

This fall, he’ll be heading to the University of Arizona as part of their inaugural Physician Assistant class, with plans to continue on and pursue his Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc). We’re proud to have been part of Gaven’s journey and can’t wait to see all the great things ahead for him in healthcare! 👏

Raeann grew up right here in Longview, WA, and earned her degree in Biochemistry from the University of Washington. This summer she is starting medical school at Pacific Northwest University, with the goal of becoming an oncologist!

Raeann is a truly special part of our clinic family—her kindness, warm smile, and dedication make every day brighter for our patients and team. We’re so grateful for her hard work and can’t wait to see all the amazing things she’ll accomplish in her medical career! 💙

🏀 The Kirkpatrick Family Care YMCA basketball team wrapped up their season Saturday!

This energetic group of 4- and 5-year-olds, coached by Dr. Scotty, had a fantastic season full of learning, teamwork, and plenty of fun on the court. We’re so proud of these young athletes for their great attitudes and effort all season long!

We’re always looking for ways to better serve our patients 💚

At our weekly provider conference this week, we met with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) to learn more about their eConsults program.

eConsults allow our providers to submit specific clinical questions directly to expert specialists and receive guidance — often without the patient needing to travel for an in-person specialty visit. In many cases, this can save months of waiting and a trip down to Portland, while still getting high-level specialty input.

We’re grateful for partnerships like this that help us provide timely, thoughtful care right here in our community.
