On this last day of World Doula Week, I want to shout out our local doulas! We have some phenomenal ones here in East Texas and I want to encourage everyone to hire a doula! They can be a huge game changer to the birth process. No matter if you’re planning a medicated hospital birth, or a home water birth, a doula is for you!
East Texas Doula Association is a great resource for connecting to and finding local doulas. I also want to make this a resource post. If you have a fantastic doula that you love, tag them below.
