Step into a month of meditation, movement, and sacred community! Our March offerings are designed to support emotional balance, energetic alignment, and embodied healing for all ages and experience levels.

• Guided Meditation & Sound Healing – Mondays 10am & Thursdays 5:30pm (Sliding Scale $12–$22)
• Mindful Meditation (& Sound Healing) at the Longview Public Library – March 6th & 13th, 12:15–1:15pm (Free Community Event)
• Community Reiki Healing Circle – Sunday, March 22nd, 11am–12pm (Donation Supported)
🌿 WELLNESS CLASSES
• Sustainable Activism – March 7th (4–5pm) & March 25th (5:30–6:30pm)
• The Issues in Our Tissues – March 21st, 11am–12pm (Free Community Event)
• Easy Healthy Meals with Josie – March 23rd, 11am–12pm (Donation Supported)
💃 SOMATIC MOVEMENT
• Creative Movement with Josie – Mondays 11am–12pm (except the 26th) & Fridays 1–2pm (Donation Supported)
• Somatic Movement for Kids – Fridays 4–5pm (Donation Supported)
• Pop Qi with McKenna – Fridays at 11am (Sliding Scale $12–$22)
• Heavy Metal Qi with McKenna – Fridays at 5:30pm (Sliding Scale $12–$22)

• Divine Feminine Circle with Adrienne – March 15th, 2–4:30pm ($30–$50)
• New Moon & Cacao Ceremony – March 18th, 5–7pm ($35–$55)
• Past Life Regression & Lotus Tea Ceremony – March 22nd, 5–7pm ($40–$60)
🔍 WALK-IN SERVICES
• Psychic Readings with Dr. Ana Dittmar – Mon/Wed/Sat, 10am–3pm (starting at $20 for 15 min)
💛 Sliding Scale Update
To help cover a new Washington State tax on classes and services, our sliding scale has shifted from $10–$20 to $12–$22.
