We are hiring at Kairos Therapy Group! Please feel free to share.

Kairos Therapy Group is growing, and we’re looking for a part-time Client Care Coordinator to join us.

This role is more than answering phones or scheduling appointments - it’s about someone who helps create a space where people feel seen, cared for, and at ease from the moment they reach out or walk through the door.
If you are organized, relational, and carry a natural sense of warmth and attentiveness, this may be a meaningful fit.

If that might be you, we would love to connect.
Please reach out to us at info@kairostg.com

Grateful for Kelsey! She has immediate openings.

Big congratulations to Kelsey Runge, LPC Associate, NCC 🤍
We’re celebrating her continued growth, her certification, and all the meaningful work she brings into the room. Kelsey embodies the kind of presence that is both clinically thoughtful and deeply grounded - creating space for people to feel seen, known, and supported in their story.
With our new space opening, this also means more availability to step into care with her and we couldn’t be more excited.
If you’ve been considering reaching out, this could be your moment.

Your body remembers more than you realize.
Stress and trauma aren’t limited to major life events. The body can also be influenced by:

• Prenatal or postpartum experiences.
• Witnessing or supporting others through difficult situations
• Ongoing uncertainty, like global events, health fears, or prolonged stress
• Chronic pressure without enough time to recover
• Times when you had to stay strong, quiet, or on guard

When stress accumulates, the body may stay in survival mode — even when you’re safe.

✨ Release & Restore is a gentle, supportive class designed to help regulate the nervous system, build a sense of safety, and allow the body to gradually unwind and release held tension.

Started my solo practice in 2020 stepping out in faith. You never know if something works out if you never try.✨️

Here I am closing this chapter and stepping into a new season of obedience and faith. 🙏

Grateful for each one of my clients trusting me through their journey. 🫶

We often think change comes through intensity by doing more, pushing harder, moving faster.

But the nervous system doesn’t transform through force. It transforms through safety, consistency, and attention.

Slow is fast because slowing down allows integration.
Small is big because what’s repeated shapes what’s lasting.

Real change isn’t built in the extremes.
It’s formed in the steady, intentional steps we’re willing to return to again and again.

If you want something sustainable
start slower than you think,
and smaller than feels impressive.

If you’re ready to move toward this kind of grounded, meaningful change, we’re here to walk with you.

Reach out to Kairos Therapy Group to begin your care.

What does it mean to come into true form?
To become your God-given self?

It is not about perfection.
It is about integration.

Mind renewed.
Body listened to.
Story explored.
Soul anchored.

What the body has stored must be gently released.
What the mind has believed must be examined.
What the story has carried must be named.

These are not abstract realities.
They are your architecture.

This is embodied formation.
And it always happens in relationship.

To come into form is to live aligned
not from survival,
but from wholeness.

Friends, like all of you, my heart is breaking over the tragedy in Texas—especially the devastating loss at Camp Mystic. The lives lost. The grief families are carrying right now. It’s unthinkable.

Words feel so small. I can barely form them. So instead, I want to offer something else.

A little while ago, I created a Me Course with my therapist and friend, Carissa Woodwyk, called Suffering & Recovery. It came straight out of my own season of deep heartbreak—when my life blew up, and I didn’t know if I’d ever come back.

We made this course for those moments when it all falls apart. When you don’t know what to do with your pain.

And I want to offer it—completely free—to anyone who needs it right now.

No catch. No signup gimmicks. Just a soft place to land. A place to feel what’s real. To be reminded that you’re not alone in your grief or fear or numbness. That your pain is real, and there is still a way through it, even if you can’t see it yet.

Whether this tragedy has hit close to home or stirred up something long buried, whether you’re in the middle of the storm or standing with someone who is… this is for you.

❤️ Here's the link to the course — and use code FREEME at the checkout page: https://shop.jenhatmaker.com/products/suffering-recovery-for-the-rest-of-us

Forward this to ANYONE. There are no limits.

Take what you need. Skip what you don’t. Come back to it when you're ready.

Because you are not alone. And because healing, even in its slowest, gentlest form, is always possible.
