We believe healing unfolds through presence, relationship, and the courageous exploration of your story.

Our therapeutic philosophy is embodied and evidence-based - integrating mind, body, story, and soul.

We help clients name the narratives that have shaped them, tend to the wounds that have marked them, and cultivate new ways of being rooted in authenticity, connection, and wholeness.

Because healing isn’t about becoming someone else, it’s about coming home to yourself.
Our therapists are ready to walk with you - with steadiness, skill, and care.

Reach out through our secure contact form to take the next step.

It’s not all up to you - where you find yourself, what your child may be carrying, the place your marriage is in, or the season of life you’re walking through. Your story lives in your body, your patterns, and your longings. Your story was shaped in relationship and it heals in relationship too. You don’t have to carry it alone, and you don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out.

Your nervous system doesn’t just belong to you,
it shows up in your relationships, your reactions, and the space between you and others.

When stress, conflict, or disconnection creeps in, it’s often not a lack of effort or care.
It’s a nervous system that’s overwhelmed and looking for support.

Here are four ways to gently support your nervous system whether you’re practicing alone or together:

• Breathe with intention – Slow breathing helps settle the body and soften reactivity before words are exchanged.
• Move your body – Movement releases stored tension that can otherwise spill into withdrawal or conflict.
• Reduce stimulation – Quieting the noise creates room to hear yourself and one another more clearly.
• Lean into safe connection – Regulation often happens in the presence of someone who feels steady, attuned, and kind.

For individuals, this is about learning to return to yourself.
For couples, it’s about creating a shared rhythm of safety where repair becomes possible.

You don’t need to fix everything.
Start by supporting the system beneath it.

At Kairos, we believe each person is made with immense worth, created for connection, and shaped by purpose. It is a sacred work to walk alongside others.

Today—this week, this year—we invite you to turn toward the parts of your story that feel complicated, aching, or stuck. The places you may have postponed. The conversations you’ve avoided. The longings that won’t quiet.

Rather than rushing past them, be curious about what they may be asking of you.

We’re here to walk with you.
Kairos moments can happen.

Mind • Body • Story • Soul

Friends, like all of you, my heart is breaking over the tragedy in Texas—especially the devastating loss at Camp Mystic. The lives lost. The grief families are carrying right now. It’s unthinkable.

Words feel so small. I can barely form them. So instead, I want to offer something else.

A little while ago, I created a Me Course with my therapist and friend, Carissa Woodwyk, called Suffering & Recovery. It came straight out of my own season of deep heartbreak—when my life blew up, and I didn’t know if I’d ever come back.

We made this course for those moments when it all falls apart. When you don’t know what to do with your pain.

And I want to offer it—completely free—to anyone who needs it right now.

No catch. No signup gimmicks. Just a soft place to land. A place to feel what’s real. To be reminded that you’re not alone in your grief or fear or numbness. That your pain is real, and there is still a way through it, even if you can’t see it yet.

Whether this tragedy has hit close to home or stirred up something long buried, whether you’re in the middle of the storm or standing with someone who is… this is for you.

❤️ Here's the link to the course — and use code FREEME at the checkout page: https://shop.jenhatmaker.com/products/suffering-recovery-for-the-rest-of-us

Forward this to ANYONE. There are no limits.

Take what you need. Skip what you don’t. Come back to it when you're ready.

Because you are not alone. And because healing, even in its slowest, gentlest form, is always possible.
