Happy Friday! Our Friday somatic movement lineup is such a fun way to start the weekend. Feeling so blessed to be able to serve our wonderful community! I had the privilege of volunteering at the this week for somatic movement class for Go Girl Go. We hold a kids somatic class every Friday at 4 in our shop!
McKenna will be at for our adult movement classes today!
