FB let me know it's been 5 years as of today since creating this page. 5 years ago I was solo, no shop, no clients, no savings and no idea how I was going to pull this off.
All I had was a calling, a dream and a f*** ton of determination.
2020 was a wild year for all of us. I felt the call and it was so strong I felt like it was going to drive me insane. I started offering Tarot and astrology readings online, and I signed up for my first reiki training. I was scared that maybe I wasn't good enough, that maybe the community would reject me. I mustered up the courage, got out of my own way and began to trust what I was feeling (a process that would last years).
By 2021 I was offering Reiki sessions in my basement, and readings in my dining room.
By 2022 I signed up for every market and festival that would take me.
By 2023 I was also renting spaces to teach classes.
By 2024 I got the shop at the Merk (my landlord took a leap of faith with me, thank you 😊).
Now in 2025 I am blessed with a team. First it was Adrienne Atwood Caldwell who's selfless commitment and belief in what I was doing expedited everything! She saved my ass when I was short shop rent, invested before she ever knew how it would benefit her and started sharing her gifts before she truly had the confidence to do so, all she had was a calling and a dream 💛 and all I had for her was a space to try it.
Then Josie came, then Ana M Dittmar and Sarah Wilkes ✨️ and now we have a few wonderful spirits ready to jump on board for 2026!!!
I am beyond grateful, my heart is so full it overflows with joy and happiness ✨️ This community is a gift, so many of you have showed up to support what we do and we are so unbelievably thankful for you 🫂 this community continues to grow, each of you is a healer in your own special and unique way. Our participants are what make Cowlitz Metaphysics a sacred space 🌼 Thank you to each of you, your support is not taken for granted and we love you. There are so many of you and the list grows every day! From our clients, to Guided Meditation participants to our followers that like our posts! Thank you so much!

Going into 2026, we are creating a schedule for the entire year with a growing community of like minded, spiritually unique, genuine souls on a kindred path of healing and spiritual liberation 💛
If you have a calling and a dream, know that it is enough! You are enough! You might not know what it looks like yet but trust Yourself, take that leap of faith and grow into it.. one day at a time, one decision at a time, one breath at a time ✨️
