Transformed Mindz Counseling Services I am called by God to be a fire-starter in the lives of people. I work with men and woman find balance in body, mind, and spirit.

Called by God to be a fire-starter in your life, I help people light the flames helping them discover and activate the gifts God has given them. I co-create a path with people leading them into wellness in mind, body, and spirit using proven strategies, programs, and tools which help them to find balance and maximize their personal and professional development. Creating a safe space I provide these services via telephone or email. Some Benefits of working with me:

Are you a visionary leader?
I came across this article on 8 principles of visionary leadership and thought I would share it with you. After you read it tell me what principles you will apply so that you can be the visionary leader of your own life...
Principle 1: The visionary leader must do on-site observation leading to personal perception of changes in societal values from an outsider's point of view.

Principle 2: Even though there is resistance, never give up; squeeze the resistance between outside-in pressure in combination with top-down inside instruction.

Principle 3: Transformation is begun with symbolic disruption of the old or traditional system through top-down efforts to create chaos within the organisation.

Principle 4: The direction of transformation is illustrated aimed by a symbolic visible image and the visionary leader's symbolic behaviour.

Principle 5: Quickly establishing new physical, organisational and behavioural systems is essential for successful transformation.

Principle 6: Real change leaders are necessary to enable transformation.

Principle 7: Create an innovative system to provide feedback from results.

Principle 8: Create a daily operation system, including a new work structure, new approach to human capabilities and improvement activities.

Have you spent time today in silence? Take a moment to breath and be like Mary sit at the feet of Jesus- there you will hear instructions so that you may run the race marked for you. As I watch the news yesterday of the amazing woman who was in the lead and whose body just gave out...but she didn't quit or stop she crawled to the finish...Don't give up on where you are...her body hit a wall-you might have hit a wall, but keep going even if you have to crawl...Its funny but in that story I don't remember the person who came in first or second...but this one person who came in third...as been talked about. So when you discover who you are you can run your race and no matter what is thrown at you the finish is at hand and available to you...
