Today’s lunch at Avir at Longview was a delicious highlight 💛

Our residents enjoyed a Mediterranean chicken pita with fresh sides and a sweet treat to top it off. We also loved our beautiful hydration station, thoughtfully created by our Head of Dietary, Ms. Connie Townsend, helping keep our residents refreshed and cared for throughout the day.

🌷🐣 Easter Celebration at Avir at Longview 🐣🌷

We kicked off the festivities with a fun and creative Easter Bonnet Contest, where our residents proudly modeled beautiful bonnets decorated by our amazing home health and hospice partners.

Congratulations to Ms. Walker, our first-place winner! 💛

Each participant received a prize, with special thanks to Chambers Hospice for sponsoring the winning prize. We’re also grateful to Prime Care Hospice, Marshall Hospice, Heart to Heart Hospice, Harbor Hospice, and our Activity Department for their creativity and support.

The celebration continued with punch, Easter cookies, and snowcones provided by our MDS nurse, Ms. Chastity, along with sweet treats from Heartsway Hospice. To top it off, the Easter Bunny made a special visit with goodie bags for everyone! 🐰✨
