Grief is often pictured as a straight path forward—simple, steady, and easy to move through. The truth is, it’s anything but.
Grief can feel like a tangled web of emotions, ups and downs, and unexpected turns. Some days may feel lighter, others much heavier. And that’s okay. Healing doesn’t follow a timeline, and it doesn’t have to look “neat.”
If you’re walking through grief, know that you’re not alone. Give yourself grace, take one step at a time, and lean on others for support.
