I've had a lot of my Friday evening and Saturday appointments decide to reschedule. I've currently got Saturday blocked off for extra booking, but will open it back up if roads aren't bad that morning! Recent updates feel encouraging for Friday to be quite safe and Saturday to be reasonable! I'm closing until 2:00 on Monday to give it time to warm up some as well.

According to grocery store photos, we're all plenty stocked on toilet paper and drinking water! So, bring it on, Mother Nature! We're all ready!😆😆

All jokes aside, everyone be safe out there and if you're traveling in for an appointment with me, there's no repercussions for calling and letting me know you're no longer comfortable to travel in! I'll get you rebooked and see you then!

Well, February snuck up on me! I realized today that there was no upcoming weekend availability listed! I got that fixed!

I now have openings Next Saturday (1/31), 2/14, and 2/21! I'll open up further out as we move forward and Spring soccer schedules come out!

I hope you all have a safe weekend and best believe I'll be out playing with my babies in the ice, snow, sleet, whatever the heck we get!!

I've been trying to study the predictions and am currenty planning to be open my currently planned hours. I am most concerned about Saturday appointments. I feel making it in that day will be 50/50. If you're scheduled and want to rebook, reach out! I can open up some extra spaces and will just make things work!

I have closed down the schedule on Monday until 2:00. My app is showing that it will be under 20* until well into the late morning. So I think it's safer to plan to stay home and have prevented anyone from booking. If we move forward and this changes, I'll open it back up!

I have my generator on standby as a backup option incase roads aren't terrible, but power goes down!

I'm prepared, but only time will tell!

I don't plan to close, but will take it day by day. If you're on the schedule for later this week and know you'd like to make a change, please check your email for the confirmation email and hit reschedule or cancel asap. You can also call me or message me here!

If you'd like to ride it out with me, that's fine too! As long as there's communication, there will be no cancel or no show fees charged for poor weather. ***IF YOU SIMPLY FAIL TO ATTEND WITHOUT ANY CONTACT OR EXPLANATION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED.*** Be sure to be in commuication with me prior to your visit if you don't feel comfortable traveling in.

Well guys.. It's time. Time for that annual reminder of policies around here!

But first, let's start with some exciting news! Sneak peek gender testing is streamlining their options! All results will post the same day they arrive at the lab for no extra cost! It's now $129 for rapid results!! I still send them out daily on my lunch break. So, anything before lunch will be received the following evening. Anything after lunch will be received in two days!

Ok. Policy reminders:

1. No shows

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, 24 hours notice is required or there's a $50 fee. I am reasonable. Call me immediately if a true emergency arrises and I'll work with you, but it must be a true emergency and there must be some kind of notice.

No shows have been rampant lately and many of you guys are putting locked cards on file which decline when I try to charge the fee. If this has happened, you are banned from booking. You will have to pay the fee in order to unlock your account.

If this continues to be an issue, I'll have no choice but to require a non-refundable deposit in order to book. Please have respect for my time and for those who wanted a spot and would have shown up.

2. Overseeing physician

Prior to your first visit with me, you MUST be in the care of an OBGYN or Midwife. No exceptions. I need to be able to contact a phyisician who is in charge of your care if I see something concerning.

3. 6 week minimum

For an ultrasound, 6 weeks is the absolute earliest we can see anything. It's still likely that we won't see much and may not be able to see a heartbeat! Waiting to closer to 7 weeks is more ideal, but anything under 6 weeks will not be worth the visit! This is the same for sneak peek gender testing! If you come in too early, you're risking an inaccurate result! I absolutely recommend having an ultrasound prior to scheduling your blood test! If you're earlier than you think, you may not get an accurate result, or may receive an inconclusive result, delaying your reveal!

4. Leave a little wiggle room for your gender!

When it comes to the blood test, there can be delays or inconclusive results.. SO, it's best to give a little cushion before scheduling your reveal to prevent having to reschedule! For gender by sono, babies can be in difficult positions, or measure a little smaller than expected. I'll always give it my all, but do have to bring people back sometimes for gender! Most of the time, everything goes smoothly, but I know it's so stressful when it doesn't go to plan!

2025 has been wild! In all honestly, it was a rough one for me personally. My little family has been through a lot behind the scenes, but have come out stronger.

I have some big plans for 2026. Some that include progress for our home and businesses, but mostly plans that bring peace.

Here’s a little recap of 2025! Stats on Early View’s growth has me floored!!!

❤️ Over 2500 scheduled appointments!!!🤯 (most of which I’ve done completely solo as I’ve been a one woman show for most of the year!!)

❤️ That equates to over 700 hours of scheduled scanning time! 700 hours of time spent in awe of the miracle of life. 700 hours spent laughing, crying and praying with you. It does not include the time spent with you guys before and after your visits. The relationships built. The love shared. The bonds built. There’s no calculator for all of that!

❤️ The year started with a med spa called The Rejuvenated Mom. I had to let go of that dream around March when life slapped me in the face and everything took an abrupt and unexpected hard shift that I am now so thankful for. I am, however, still wishing daily that I could bring all of those services back.. perhaps one day…

❤️Photography came back after the loss of the Rejuvenated Mom! That’s been SOOOOO FUN!!! I love getting to see all the babies popping back in after birth!🥰🤩

❤️I expanded the boutique with maternity items just before the end of the year!

❤️There are countless memories made, bonds created that I hope will never be broken and I am in awe of what this little business that was hardly known and barely treading water 8 years ago has become as of this moment!

Thank yall for all the support, your kindness, and the understanding you’ve provided me as I navigated running things solo while also being present for my babies!

What are your goals for this year? Here’s mine so I can hold myself accountable!

1. Slow down. I cannot tackle the world on the daily without burning out. I will pace myself this year.

2. Finish renovations on our home. We’re currently super close to a stopping place for now, but MUCH more left once we catch our breath!

3. Set up maternity consignment options!! It’ll take me a little more time (see goal number 1). But it’s coming and I hope it’s an amazing way for you guys to find what you need without breaking the bank!!

4. Hire me some help! I am not sure when I’ll be ready, but I know I need someone! If you have interest, please get your resumes ready and I’ll post when I’m ready to accept them!

5. Create the time to get back to my workouts! I miss them so!

6. Continue my education! (I’m hoping to bring a few more services in! I am educating myself to provide the best support to you guys I can!) Cant wait to share more!

For now, I believe that’s all I got!

Final openings before Christmas!

I'm packed pretty tightly already, but still have a few spots open and MAY be able to squeeze in an extra or two!

Tuesday 12/23: 10:00 and 2:00

I will be closed Wednesday through Friday, but back again on Saturday!

Y'all. This year is nearly gone!!!

I don't know about y'all, but Christmas has snuck up on me! I am NOT ready and don't know how I will be!!!

Spaces are filling in for the remainder of this year already! If you're looking for a spot, I'd recommend booking in advance! My family has extra happenings this month and I've had to take a few extra days off which is limiting my availability.. I'm available as often as possible and will squeeze in as many as possible while I'm here!

⭐️⭐️⭐️Also, please take care when booking for sneak peek gender tests! I overnight these to a lab in California. During busy seasons like the holidays, it's more likely that a package can get stuck in the mail and delay results. Sneak Peek is also closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

I send samples out daily on my lunch break (usually around 12:30 or 1:00) if you come in before my break, they'll go out the same day. If not, they will go out the following day. Fedex must deliver them on time and on a day sneak peek is open! So, please! If you're hoping for a holiday gender reveal, book DAYS in advance to give the best chance of having your results on time!
