I’ve had a real big problem of people just …. Not showing up/not communicating.

If you guys don’t show up or give me notice, I can’t fill the spot… which means I’m just sitting here like a puppy, looking out the window all anxious wondering if you’re ok. It’s not nice.

I’ve been very flexible and understanding for the last few years but I’m going to be enforcing policy’s from now on.

Less than 24 hours notice will result in 50%
of the service as a fee added to your next apt.

No call/no show will result in 100% of the service fee in order to book again.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I either have to cut your service down or reschedule you. This is considered “less than 24 hours notice” and you will be charged if I have to reschedule you.

Obviously there are exceptions, BUT they need to be communicated with me.

At the end of the day, I love and appreciate you all so much!! Just please keep in mind, that this is a business so I need to run it as such.

If you’re miserable now, why not make a different choice??

Also, yes...there’s skin hanging from my nose.. it’s chapped and raw from crying.

Anxiety attacks are real.
Change is sometimes necessary.
