So far this year has been a lot of circling moments from season circa 2010-2014 and today is no different 🙂 I began my pilates journey at LCC and today I began teaching pilates there:)
Extra fun, I am both an adjunct faculty member and a student this quarter taking some classes as continuing education as part of my ongoing mission to grow myself as I support the growth of those in my community:)

We meet Mondays, 6pm-715pm at the Roxy

$40 for 4 weeks (drop in available if preferred)

Every month I run a Bootcamp, 4 Mondays, 6 hours, lots of laughs while we fight for our lives:)
It’s half HIIT and half Pilates and I breakdown EVERY SINGLE movement into levels- every movement you choose which level is right for you- base, intermediate or advanced. We focus on the whole body, heart health, balance, mindset, joint strength and explosive movement (or THINKING about explosive movement)
If you are ready to try something new and have been looking for an environment that is welcoming and a dynamic group that will both energize you and make you laugh, I invite you to join us.

This group is the bees knees!! And, they are building super strong knees and joint by coming to pilates and bootcamp with me every week!!
We would love to welcome you to join if getting strong with bad a$$es while lengthening and strengthening your stabilizing structure sounds like your jam!
Tonight we meet at The Roxy Theatre at 1101 Commerce Ave in Longview (enter through the door in the alley behind the building) at 6pm and also 730pm (with stretching hangout time from 7-730)
