I use them in my family for headaches, fever, stomach issues, abrasions, stings, athletes foot, depression, sleep problems....and the list goes on! I also make several of my own natural cleaning solutions which cost pennies compared to the chemical laden alternatives found in most households. I make my own pest spray for my garden from our insect repellant oil, I use the oils in my cooking and baking, I use them in my everyday naturally healthy life!
