Just remember, you have a choice to listen to that voice, or change the narrative. A choice to show up as you are, or judge self for not being where you want to be. A choice to listen to the excuses, or try a different path.

But seriously though.. no one left behind!

Heated flows are the best! 🔥 they bring the heat our bodies need to loosen up our insides to get deep on the outside. We love walking in those front doors ready to take on the world and leaving even more prepared.

Catch our Heated flows Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10am and get ready to sweat your a** off! But like, in the best of ways. Bring a friend for extra support to lean on, on your way out! You may not need it but, you know, just in case 😉

Sometimes all you need is a little laughter 😃
Our YTT group is pouring themselves into this program. We share our hearts and hold beautiful space for each other.
When the nerves are hitting high though, it's time for a little silliness! Teaching as Santa Claus, a fairy, drill sergeant, etc was such a fun way to get out of the head. And they'll be better teachers for you because of it.
When you see the crew on training weekends, give them some extra love and encouragement. They are putting so much work, tears and laughter in ☺️

Sometimes I wish you could see through our lenses 🤓

To watch how strong you’ve gotten over the time you’ve been coming to class. How you’ve gone from “that was difficult”, to “ok what’s next”. 💪🏻 I want you to know we see your transformation even though it may be hard for you to. You continue to show up and put in the work and it shows! 🌼

So grateful to watch you grow and be apart of your journey, whatever that journey may be for you. Keep going, your doing AMAZING 🤩
