Highland Park Home Health provides short term therapy and nursing after a procedure as well as longer term care to assist in managing a number of medical conditions. Our goal is to keep the patient safe and comfortable at home, reduce hospitalizations and provide peace of mind for the patient, family and physician. Our services are covered by Medicare and many private insurances.
