It is with great appreciation and pride that we recognize Cathy, RN as our Associate of the Month.
Cathy consistently goes above and beyond for both her patients and her colleagues. Her commitment to excellence is evident in everything she does, and she is a true representation of all six of our Core Convictions. Whether she is mentoring teammates, stepping in to support the unit, or ensuring that patient needs are met with compassion and precision, Cathy brings a level of dedication that elevates our entire organization.
Cathy treats every patient as if they are a VIP. Her calm, reassuring presence helps patients feel safe and comfortable throughout their stay. Families regularly comment on her attentiveness, professionalism, and the genuine care she shows in every interaction.
Equally impressive is Cathy’s unwavering advocacy - for her patients and for her team. She is quick to step forward, speak up, and ensure that the right thing is done, every time. Her leadership, integrity, and service mindset make her an invaluable member of our Oceans Longview family.
