What a fun Family Fun Night at CORE Health!
We loved spending time with some of our families decorating aprons, getting creative, and making delicious popcorn balls together.

Moments like these strengthen connection, spark joy, and support wellness for the whole family.

Thank you to everyone who joined us—it was a night full of smiles, laughter, and community!

We had an amazing time with some of the CORE Health crew this past Friday!

Our team at CORE Health enjoyed a relaxing and creative Fall Cookie Decorating session with the talented Jordyn Dole of Wander and Whisk Cookie Co. With 28 employees joining in, it was the perfect way to unwind, connect, and recharge after a long day of work.

Grateful for moments like these that bring our staff together and support wellness in fun, meaningful ways!

Today is World Kindness Day!

Kindness is more than a gesture—it’s a powerful way to build connection, healing, and hope. A small act of kindness can make a big difference in someone’s day, especially for those struggling with their mental health.

Take a moment today to:
>>Share a kind word
>>Offer support to someone who needs it
>>Practice self-kindness—you deserve it too

Together, we can create a ripple of compassion that strengthens our community and reminds everyone they are not alone.

Today, we pause to honor and thank all who have served our country with courage, dedication, and sacrifice. Your strength and resilience inspire us every day.

At CORE Health, we recognize that the journey doesn’t end when service does. Mental health is an essential part of healing, growth, and community. We are here to support veterans and their families with compassion and care.

Thank you to all who have served — we are deeply grateful for your service and commitment.

I have been working specifically with Carmella from CORE Health for nearly 2 years. I am so delighted to have her at our school.
The kids love working with her and we are seeing growth in their social emotional skills. She is great with communication with me.
She shares tools she is using with students so I can have them available for student use when she is not here.

I am delighted to have such outstanding counselors available for our students.
