Meet Nikki Ragsdale, Director of Operations at Special Health Resources!

Nikki joined Special Health Resources six and a half years ago and has 30 years’ experience in healthcare as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Nikki was named director of operations in 2026, and previously served as clinic manager at Pediatric Clinic of Paris, where her leadership and dedication to patient care and clinic operations made a lasting impact.

Nikki earned her Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, and outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, volunteering for mission work in Malawi, Africa and serving on the praise team at her church.
