Ok friends, I know it's hectic out there. And a lot of our anxiety is dinging off the charts.

But in the rush for water, toiler paper and whatever other necessities you are trying to gather to feel prepared. I want you to remember a few things.

First. Take a moment to calm, center yourself, take a big deep breath and remember it's going to be ok.

Second, be kind to your neighbor. They are just as anxious as you are. And at the end of the day, we are all in this together....except Ted Cruz but whatever...

We will be here to help you calm down and thaw out!

It cares about whether your body has had enough rest, enough nourishment, enough regulation to feel like it's not constantly bracing for the next thing.

Right now, a lot of people are exhausted in ways that sleep alone doesn't fix. Not because they're broken. But because their nervous systems have been living in low-grade survival mode for a long time.

We are not taking any more clients today due to expected construction. BUT we have space Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
