Now that we've taken time to notice and/or track our habits, the goal isn't to change everything all at once. It's to LOOK for patterns and create NEW habits.
Have you been skipping meals? Snacking when bored? Forget to drink water?
Now, let's focus on just one or two adjustments to your routines. Small adjustments are easier maintain. Remember to utilize SMART goals when choosing a new habit to incorporate. Stay committed. It's okay if you miss once, we're not perfect. Skipping doesn't break a habit, quitting does.
But most importantly, be patient! Forming a new habit takes TIME. The average person needs 6-10 weeks before a habit really sticks.
It's not a sprint, it's a marathon.
