It's Autism Awareness Month, and we are here to support all of our residents with autism and their families.

the Orange County Sheriff's Office has a decal program to alert emergency responders that a person with autism is in a home or vehicle?

We provide decals free of charge to anyone in Orange County. The decals enable our deputies to draw on their autism training.

Children with autism are 160 times more likely to experience fatal and nonfatal drowning than their typically developing peers.

To combat these tragedies, the Florida legislature has allocated $1,000,000 to be put toward swimming lesson vouchers for children under the age of 5 whose families have incomes that are at 200% of the poverty level (or below) and children with autism are being prioritized!
