Soup Weather!
Its time for cold weather yummy tummy warming soups.
This one is a super easy 10 minute one with just cooked cauliflower, potatoes, onions, carrots and celery blended with a little delicious Earth Balance plant butter or olive oil, with added salt and pepper or a couple squirts of Braggs Aminos, or any other seasoning of choice like Onion Powder or Nutritional Yeast.
You can do it with broccoli or cabbage, or green beans too along with the other veggies. Sooo simple and satisfying to warm you up!
We had this for breakfast along with Tofu Egg Salad on Sris dehydrated crackers and his alfalpha sprouts.
