Joy Steelman, our Laugher Yoga instructor at Orlando Health UF Health Cancer Center, wants to encourage you to keep laughing! All that's needed for laughter yoga is a sense of humor! It's great for improving breathing, managing your stress and boosting your creativity.
Here is a laughter exercise you can start today:
- Laugh for 60 seconds straight. Set the timer on your smartphone or watch the clock.
- Ready? Set? Laugh!
