Axicon Calibration Sheets should be replaced every 24 months under normal usage. The NIST traceable reflection calibration cards should be used to calibrate your Axicon Verifier on a regular basis!

Axicon's verifiers are light weight, robust, & contain no moving parts so they can provide consistently accurate results. But for some industries, especially the pharmaceutical & medical device industries, an IQ/OQ/PQ protocol is a must.

Axicon has developed an IQ/OQ/PQ test protocol kit to meet the requirements of users who want to be able to rigorously check their equipment on-site. Many companies will be familiar with Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) testing. These are tests designed to check that the relevant equipment has been installed correctly, that the equipment operates correctly, and then works correctly as intended.

The IQ/OQ/PQ Kit is available for Axicon verifiers, and is available in two forms, one for linear barcode verifiers, and one for the 2D barcode verifiers.

Axicon has released an updated Camera Verifier Software for the Axicon 15X000 family. It has numerous fixes but most importantly it implements fractional grading for linear barcodes, per ISO/IEC 15416:2016.
