On Wednesday night D&A's area Manager Arturo Lopez conducted a celebratory gathering at Northpoint II, in appreciation for the hard work and commitment that the crews have demonstrated and the compliments received form our valued Customer. Our staff is instrumental in keeping the buildings clean and disinfected and they are the greatly appreciated for their efforts!

They said it couldn't be done!
But we did it and brought the Galloway Building in Altamonte Springs to near its original luster! After Pressure cleaning the entire structure and subsequently chemically cleaning the windows, the results speak for themselves.

It isn't often that an associate in any company reaches 28 years of service. We are delighted to say that this milestone has been met by Alvaro Simmons, who is now entering retirement after years of dedicated service to D&A Building Services and D&A Window Cleaning Services. Alvaro will be sorely missed and we wish him the best in his new life!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the man who cleaned my windows. He did a GREAT JOB!!! He actually took a cloth and wiped any water dripping down the side and into the frame on each window. Best window cleaning I’ve had yet. Thank him for me!!
