Opis Island Lake Center, located in the Longwood, Florida is a 120 bed skilled nursing center offering short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, palliative care and respite care. With our Mission statement as our core foundation, we are committed to providing the highest standards of integrated care. Island Lake Center is a recipient of the prestigious 2010 Bronze - Commitment to Quality Award presented by The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). Our SigmaLink in-house rehabilitation services offer personalized physical, occupational and speech therapy services to meet our customer’s needs. Recreational activities designed for mental physical stimulation are available seven days a week to stimulate our customers, enriching their lives to full potential. Our fine dining program for residing customers features options – a breakfast bar with made-to-order omelets, waffles and fresh fruits. For comfort and convenience, cable, WI-FI, telephone, housekeeping and laundry services are included. Our new in-house TV channel provides information on daily activities, center highlights, and daily menu choices, along with upcoming events, all within the comfort of our customers' rooms.
