It’s been awhile, I think it’s time to reintroduce one of our therapists you’ll meet when you book your session.

Why hello there! My names Catherine, but most of my friends and family call me Cady. I promise I got my nickname years before the movie “Mean Girls” became popular! A little about myself, I am the founder of A Touch of Lonsdale and have been massaging since 2013. I graduated from Aveda Minneapolis after realizing the traditional collage route wasn’t my thing. I decided I was much more happier being hands on than nose in a text book, and here I am years later. Throughout my massage career I have worked in spas, sports facilities, and chiropractor offices. Shortly after welcoming my second child, I realized needing a more flexible schedule was going to be a must. That’s when A Touch of Lonsdale was created. I got the opportunity to go out on my own and build my own clientele. Giving me the freedom to work around my children’s daycare and any other life events that could happen. It’s been an amazing experience and I’m so grateful for each and every client who gives us the opportunity to share our knowledge and grow. More about me, I am now a mother to four, yep four beautiful children. They certainly keep me on my toes. I really enjoy music of all genres, but you’ll usually get to hear piano covers while in your session instead of the traditional spa music. I’m a massive foodie and enjoy finding new restaurants to test out. When it comes to massages, I can range from relaxation all the way to deep tissue. My specialty it connective tissue with sports massage. I’ve helped clients overcome chronic pain and other issues that arise from the stress of daily life and activities. I would absolutely love to use my knowledge and skills to help tailor a massage to your specific needs and wants while also teaching you more about your own body. While sending you home with a few new things to help yourself between sessions.
