Activity of the week. With the weather looking unpredictable this weekend with possible storms all weekend, we recommend a fun family game night! We and our friends played this while camping in the storms and it was lots of fun!

Stretch of the week!

Dr. Bill recommends a modified version of the warrior pose to stretch the Psoas muscles that get tight from a sedentary job. pictured is the Warrior 2 yoga pose but to really stretch the psoas you will need to rotate over the front leg to open up the anterior thigh of the back leg. If you are having thigh pain and come in for a visit be sure to have Dr. Bill help with this stretch.

Wednesday is Stretch Day! Today we are talking about shoulders. Dr. Bill strongly recommends the doorway stretch for anterior shoulder pain. Stand in a doorway press your wrists against the frame and lean as shown in the picture below.
