It’s funny how a little bit of nicer weather changes a lot. More people are out casually strolling down Broadway and stopping in.

This has been coming up more lately.

Had a few people come in over the past couple weeks saying the same thing. Just tired, a little bloated, kind of sluggish. And most of them say, “I don’t feel sick.”

Spring is usually when I start thinking about liver support. We talk about spring cleaning the house, sometimes it’s not a bad idea to do the same for the body.

If there’s nothing specific we can really point to, I’ll usually recommend a good liver detox formula and see how they do.

Not for everyone, but sometimes it’s a good place to start.

Heads up everyone, we will be closed Saturday, April 25 as we’ll be set up at the Ensure They Shine event.

Ensure They Shine takes place from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at North Park Ice Arena, 901 Duffey Street in Elyria.

It’s a free family fun day with plenty to do, including bounce houses, crafts, games, a photo booth, character visits, community resources, live entertainment, wellness demos, raffles, giveaways, and more.

If you’re looking for something to do that day, come out and see us there.

A couple more from yesterday’s box. Blue spirulina powder and butterfly pea flower were the ones I was most interested in.

First day back for the week and this was on top when I got in. Mushroom coffee, oatstraw, comfrey leaf, and yerba mate. Off to a good start.
