It's Long-Term Care Administrator Week! Meet Jade:

Born and raised in Lorain, Jade attended Lorain City Schools and has always felt a deep connection to the community that helped shape who she is today. She considers herself extremely fortunate to now give back to the same community while continuing to advocate for those around her.

One of Jade’s favorite and most meaningful memories from her work was helping reunite long-lost siblings who had been separated at a young age. Being able to witness that moment of reconnection was incredibly special and serves as a powerful reminder of the impact compassion and advocacy can have on people’s lives.
