We loved being a part of the Easter egg hunt and were thrilled to hand out three gift baskets to our lucky golden egg winners! 🐰🌷 Thank you to all that came out and participated!

🌼 Gratitude in Action at Pioneer Ridge 🌼
This week, our amazing Palliative Nurse Practitioner led a heartfelt talk on the power of Gratitude at Pioneer Ridge. 💙 Residents reflected on what they're grateful for, shared meaningful conversations, and each took home a custom gratitude jar to continue the practice daily.
The room was full of warmth, wisdom, and community — a true reminder that even small moments of reflection can bring deep peace and perspective.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and made this event so special. 💫
