Lets Get Real, Inc.(LGR) is a Recovery Community Organization (RCO) certified to give peer support and referral information to assist families and loved ones in their JOURNEY from ADDICTION to RECOVERY.
Our community center offers information about a number of treatment centers located in Lorain, Huron, Erie, Ottawa and Cuyahoga counties. We also have information for parents and loved ones of those struggling with addiction. We offer Family groups and kids support group as well as self-help meetings.

Serving Southern Lorain County with free, walk-in mental health and substance use support.

Join us at Oberlin Community Services on Wednesdays & Fridays for:
• Mental health & substance use screenings
• Peer recovery support
• Treatment navigation
• Access to community resources

We also offer community wellness supplies including Narcan kits, fentanyl & xylazine test strips, medication disposal pouches, safe use kits, pregnancy tests, and condoms.

No appointment needed. Just walk in.

Keeping them “just in case” can increase the risk of accidental use, misuse, or theft.

Safe disposal helps:
• Prevent misuse
• Reduce accidental poisoning
• Protect children and pets
• Keep medications out of the wrong hands

You don’t have to “fit a stereotype” to need Naloxone nearby.

Opioid overdoses can happen due to:
✔ Prescription pain medications
✔ Accidental ingestion
✔ Unknown substances
✔ Mixed medications

Naloxone is safe, easy to use, and can reverse an opioid overdose while waiting for emergency services.

Keeping Naloxone on hand is no different than knowing CPR or having a fire extinguisher. It’s about protecting the people around you.
